The kids did swimming lessons at a local pool earlier this summer. These were Lincoln’s first lessons and I knew he’d love them because he loves the water. As much as they enjoyed the lessons, they’d much rather just “swim”. Riley kept asking me, after each lesson, “Mommy, why won’t my teacher let me swim? I just want to play”. We will probably continue lessons later in the summer, but will do private ones, so they get a little more “water time”.
