Thank you all for the prayers—baby and I got home during the night from the hospital. My contractions slowed down enough for them to feel comfortable sending me home and following up with my midwife today. The little guy is as active as ever and everything pregnancy wise seems to be moving along normally!
The weekend after Christmas Ty and I decided to take the kids bowling and for ice cream. Once we got to the bowling alley, we were told there was a league coming and that we wouldn’t have long enough to finish a game so we decided we’d just go grab ice cream. As we were stopped at a red light, very unexpectedly, an older man in a beater car, hit us very hard from behind crushing the back of the van. The kids were instantly crying and scared but considering our van was totaled, we can handle a few cuts and bruises!
The gentleman who hit us was uninjured as well which we’re thankful for! We planned on getting (another) new vehicle to accommodate our family anyways so we’ll be getting that bus sooner than later 
;)! Considering all that has happened the last few weeks, we know how fortunate we are to have walked away from it! 💕
