Fun filled weekend!

This past weekend was packed! But so much fun! Friday I helped my mom set up 2 weddings, so Ty had the kiddos in the evening. Saturday we had the Pollak’s over for the whole day, whoo hooo! The girls had a blast, although both girls refused to take naps before the they came over…so after about an hour of playing we realized that if they didn’t get a nap they were going to be little monsters the rest of the day. So they took a nap, at the same time. We considered putting them in the crib together and seeing how that went, but we thought one would probably get hurt(probably Riley), so we decided against it :).
After their nap they played kitchen, finger painted, took a bath (because they finger painted), played with their dolls, and ate snacks/dinner.
Playing so nicely…
Best Friend Hugs…

They made a big mess painting, so we threw them in the tub…good thing they like baths.

Poor Lincoln always has to play with the girls :).

Our typical husbands, watching a movie and drinking Mt. Dew 🙂

Jennie, Riley, Hailey, Lincoln and I before they all went to bed!

It’s so funny because when we put them to bed, Riley goes in her crib in her room and Hailey was in our room in the pack-n-play (poor Lincoln got downgraded to his car seat so we could move him around and so he wouldn’t’t wake Hailey up). But instead of going right to sleep like they normally would, Ri and Hailey stay up talking through the vents!! But after about 45 minutes of this chatting we wanted them to go to bed and they finally did. We must not have given them enough time to catch up since last time they got together :).

Then Sunday my dad, Jamie, McKenna and Reagan (sisters) came to visit because they couldn’t make it to Riley’s birthday party. Jamie had been in the hospital a couple days prior and wasn’t feeling up to it. So they came, brought dinner and desert, along with Riley’s birthday present. She got a Snow White dress, “high heals” and a wand. She LOVES it. Always wants to wear it around the house. I remember when McKenna and Reagan were growing up, they did the same thing :). We had a wonderful afternoon, and now all Riley wants to do is “call PaPa”. It’s the first things she has asked to do when she wakes up, so we’ve been chatting with PaPa a lot this past week.

McKenna, Reagan and Riley. The just love dressing Riley up…she’s their very own “doll” (or so they think :))
